Camera Permission: To enable QR code scanning functionality, we require your consent to access the camera.

1. When registering a QrCode Helper account using a mobile number, you need to provide your phone number. We verify your identity through SMS verification codes. The submitted phone number is used for registration, login, account binding, password recovery via verification codes, serves as a designated contact method for receiving business notifications (e.g., new product launches, service changes), and allows QrCode Helper to send notifications or communicate regarding services.
2. When publishing content, we require access to your local videos and photos to select media files from your device.
3. When contacting us or submitting dispute resolution requests, we need necessary personal information (including account details) to verify your identity for account and system security. To facilitate communication and resolve issues efficiently, we may retain records of communications/calls and related content (including account information, evidence you provide, or contact details).
4. To assess product compatibility, identify account anomalies, conduct internal data analysis/research, utilize third-party SDK analytics, and improve our services, we collect information about your service usage patterns, including:
4.1 Device Information: Based on your interactions and choices (including privacy settings and features used), we receive and record device-related data such as SDK/API/JS versions, browser type, ISP, IP address, GPS location, WLAN access points, platform, timestamp, app identifier, app version, distribution channel, unique device identifiers (IDFA, Android Ad ID), MAC address, IMEI, device model, language, time zone, and network status.
